Coach Kelly Gallagher has built University of Tampa Women鈥檚 Lacrosse from the ground up, transforming the program into a national powerhouse. Under her leadership, the Spartans secured back-to-back NCAA National Championships in 2024 and 2025, while also earning National Coaching Staff of the Year honors in both seasons 鈥 a testament to the culture, commitment and excellence she has instilled in the team.
